Alicia’s practice is dedicated primarily to estates and trusts, working with clients to draft estate plans that are suited to their family’s individual needs. Alicia also advises clients through probate estate administrations, trust administrations, and elder law issues, including asset protection, Medicaid planning and Medicaid eligibility.
Alicia’s favorite part of her practice is getting to know her clients. There is no “one size fits all” estate plan, and Alicia values being an advisor that her clients can trust to establish an estate plan that truly matches each client’s individual goals whether it be to reduce estate taxes, protect assets, or pass on assets to younger generations.

Alicia previously represented charities and non-profits as the beneficiaries of estates and trusts. Alicia acted as an advisor to her clients and a liaison between the charities and estate representatives to settle estate administrations and distribute estate funds promptly. With Alicia’s assistance, non-profit clients expeditiously collected millions of dollars in estate and trust funds to serve their charitable initiatives.
